For bars & pubs
A drink menu that changes as fast as your taps
No menu goes stale faster than a bar's. Taps rotate weekly, the guest keg kicks mid-shift, the cocktail list changes with the season — and the laminated card on the bar was right exactly once, on the day it was printed.
With a QR menu the card on the counter is just a code, and the menu behind it is whatever is actually pouring right now.
Kicked the keg? Fixed in five seconds
Mark a beer as unavailable from the phone in your pocket and it greys out on every guest's screen immediately. When the next keg is tapped, flip it back. No more ordering a beer that died an hour ago.
Separate menus for drinks, food and the back bar
Run the drinks list, the food menu and a whisky or wine list as separate menus — and put the seasonal cocktail list live in November without touching anything printed. Every code you've ever printed keeps pointing at the right thing, because it encodes a permanent short link rather than a page address.
Codes that scan in a dark room
- Print bigger than you think — in dim light, phones need a size margin. The print assistant's table tents and coasters are sized generously by default.
- Matte beats gloss: lamination glare under bar spots is the top reason scans fail.
- High-contrast black on white, with a quiet zone of white space around the code.
Tourists read it, tourists order more
Cocktail descriptions are half the sale. Let guests flip the list to their language with one tap — AI-drafted translations you can polish by hand — and show prices in their currency if you like. The allergen badges (all 14 EU allergens) cover your legal duty for bar snacks and mixed drinks too.
Frequently asked questions
Can I update the menu during service?
Yes — that's the core of it. Any phone with your login can mark items sold out, change prices or add a special, and the change is live before the next scan.
Do guests without the menu app see the current list?
There is no app. Guests scan and get a web page in their browser — always the current version, no downloads, no account, no cookies.
We change our cocktail list seasonally. Reprint the codes?
Never. Your printed codes encode a permanent short link. Swap the entire menu behind it — the code on the bar keeps working.
Is one free menu enough for a bar?
If one list covers you (drinks with sections for beer, wine, cocktails, snacks), yes — free forever. Separate menus for food, drinks and a whisky list are Premium.
